簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為保障康橋鎮(zhèn)村（居）內(nèi)污水管道的正常運(yùn)行，本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開的方式選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，對(duì)康橋鎮(zhèn)村（居）進(jìn)行污水管（窨井）、檢查井、化糞池、泵站及生化處理池的日常養(yǎng)護(hù)和維修保養(yǎng)工作。養(yǎng)護(hù)工作量包括：14個(gè)村（居）及村內(nèi)公益設(shè)施、農(nóng)污設(shè)施，污水管36513米，窨井3035座，水封井474座，化糞池666座，隔油池536座，格柵井44座，排水口439只，提升泵站8座。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）。

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
